About Whittington Farms
Whittington Farms is a small-scale, family farm located in south-eastern Ontario. We grow fresh, high-quality beyond organic produce that are freeze-dried to preserve their freshness and nutritional value.
Our small scale means that most work is done by hand with low-tech, efficient tools. This results in minimal fossil fuels useage.
Our sustainable farming practices include, but are not limited to crop rotation, cover crops, and the use of compost. These agricultural practices enhance the nutritional content of the herbs
The care devoted to every aspect of production gives our products exceptional flavours, nutritional value, and freshness.
